UPS calling for a oversea shipment, customs information.

I don't know who this is they just started calling today. I want them to stop. They won't leave a message, just keep calling.

They call almost every day--sometimes as early as 8:00 on a Sunday morning or as late as 9:30 on a week night. I have to turn my phone off every night to avoid being woken up by these pests. I never answer the phone when they call and they do not leave a message. I am on the national no-call list and do not undertand why these people are pesetering me. They are a menace and should be stopped.

Subscription to local newspaper. Have entered 1 and telephone number to stop calls. They still call including live person who hangs up.

Has to do with newspaper subscriptions. Local newspapers somehow do not fall under the do not call list umbrella, so they can call you as much as they want.
